ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S.R.A. Ramachandran, Additional Government Pleader for the Petitioner and of Mr. D. Selvanayagam, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:
'This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to grant further period of one year to comply with the order of this Court passed in WP(MD)No.25720 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024.
2. Time is extended for a period of eight weeks to comply with the order of this Court passed in WP(MD)No. 25720 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024.
