ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent Bank brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner sent a representation on 28.10.2020 and writ petition was filed on 05.11.2020. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the bipartite settlement was entered into between the management of the employees on 11.11.2020 and the request of the employees were not considered by the management. If at all the employees are aggrieved from and out of the bipartite settlement dated 11.11.2020, they are at liberty to pursue their remedy in the manner known to law. However, the issues raised in the writ petition deserves no further adjudication as the bipartite agreement between the parties were entered into during the pendency of the writ petition on 11.11.2020, which provides a fresh cause.

2. The writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
