O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action as against the respondents No.3 and 4 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2023 made to the 2nd respondent.

2. Even though this Writ of nature may not lie, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the above said complaint is kept pending for enquiry.

3. Since the above said complaint is kept pending for enquiry, the second respondent is directed to issue summon to the petitioner and the private respondents herein for enquiry and is further directed to complete the above said enquiry within a week from the date of appearance of the parties. During the course of enquiry, proper procedure must be followed by the second respondent herein.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
