ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to dispose of the Statutory Appeal filed by the petitioner dated 05.03.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submit that the appeal filed by the petitioner has been considered and orders have been passed on the same. He has also produced a copy of the order passed by the first respondent in No.1120/MuVu/2019, dated 09.01.2025.
3. Admittedly, the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 05.03.2019 has been disposed by the first respondent vide his proceedings in No. 1120/MuVu/2019, dated 09.01.2025 and hence, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
