ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 15.04.2026 and 03.05.2026 and to take legal action against the 4th respondent based on the said representation.
2. When the matter was taken up, the learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner's representation was considered and the compliant was closed.
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report, if he so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
