ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.C.No.96 of 2015 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Vallioor for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 r/w 109 I.P.C, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.96 of 2015 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Vallioor. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 08.03.2018. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.
