The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to measure and demarcate his land situated at Survey No.278/5A, Naranapuram Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District, by considering his representation dated 23.01.2017. 2.Needless to say that it is for the 2nd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law also after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 2nd respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
