[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Alleging that the fourth respondent who is the contractor for laying road in the petitioner's village, is using inferior materials, a complaint was made on 19.07.2018 to the respondents. Since no action is taken, this Writ Petition is filed. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the said representation is directed to be looked into by the first respondent. 3.Taking into consideration of pendency of the said representation dated 19.07.2018, we direct the first respondent to look into the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law after due notice to the petitioner as well to the fourth respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
