PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in pursuant to the impugned show-cause notice dated 24.06.2024 issued by the 2nd Respondent herein, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional and consequently directing the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner into service to his position with all consequential benefits, including back wages, continuity of service, and all other attendant benefits. 1/4

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Watchman working in the respondent Textile Corporation, challenging his order of suspension dated 24.06.2024.

2.It is brought to the notice of the Court that pending writ petition, the enquiry has been completed and the petitioner has been terminated from service by way of proceedings dated 28.08.2024.
