Side) states that third respondent has no role at all at this stage in this matter and that the complaint has been forwarded to the file of the fifth respondent. 4.Therefore, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

5.With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
