ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry, based on his representations dated 26.04.2024 and 29.05.2024 forwarded to the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner, without even sending a complaint before the concerned authority, has lodged a complaint before the Registrar of this Court and has now filed this writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint lodged before the Registrar of this Court was duly forwarded 2/4

to the concerned Police Station.

4. This Court considered the rival submissions made.

5. The petitioner, without even sending a complaint to the concerned authority, has preferred a complaint before the Registrar of this Court, who is not the concerned authority and has also filed this writ petition before this Court.

6. The petitioner shall lodge a complaint before the concerned authority and workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 08.07.2024 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
