interrogation in Cr.M.P.No.2456 of 2026 dated 17.04.2026 on the file of this Court and allow this petition.

Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar Additional Public Prosecutor ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.M.P.No.2456 of 2026, dated 17.04.2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by the trial Court and they pray for modification of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case, Condition No.3 imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, in Cr.M.P.No.2456 of 2026, dated 17.04.2026 is modified. 2/4
The first petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation and the petitioners 2 and 3 shall report before the respondent Police for a period of two weeks. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
