ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.231 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the respondent Police conducted the investigation and filed a final report before the concerned Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 3.Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
