When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first and second respondent Police would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the respondent Police conducted the enquiry in C.S.R.No.442 of 2022 and closed the case. He would further submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
