This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action to conduct an enquiry under Circular 67 of the respondent department in respect of lands to an extent of 4 acre 42 cents in S.No.400/2 and 401/2 of Kovilpatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Madurai District and remove the unlawful entries made in the 3rd respondent registers in respect of the same properties.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the Circular 67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent has already been withdrawn. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
