This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.218 of 2018 dated 12.02.2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Theni Police Station, Theni District and quash the same as against the Petitioner alone.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.455 of 2025 on 12.08.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 2/4
