This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to file the final report in Crime No.81 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent, proceed the same as per law within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.81 of 2021 which was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 323, 324, 325, 506(2) of IPC and Section 4 of the Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 on 17.02.2021.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after a lapse of six months, investigation has not been completed.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed and the closure report is also made ready, RCS notice has not been served so far. He seeks one month time for filing the final report.

6. In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the compliance report must be submitted to the Registry thereafter. After completing the formalities, RCS notice be served upon the petitioner, so that she will work out her remedy before the concerned Court.
7.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
