Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue working condition certificates based on his application dated 08.02.2017, for the purpose of participating in the tender in pursuant to the tender notification in Tender Notice No.5/2016-17/D1 dated 19.01.2017 and Tender Notice No.7/2016-17/D1 dated 27.01.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he made such a request on 08.02.2017 itself, the 2nd respondent has not
considered the same and issued the certificates. It is stated that since the last date for receipt of the tender falls on 27.02.2017, unless the certificates are issued to the petitioner, he cannot take part in the tender process.
4.Considering the abovestated facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 08.02.2017 after making local inspection and pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner on or before 26.02.2017 and communicate the same to the petitioner immediately. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.2598 of 2017 is closed.
