Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
2.It is seen that the fourth respondent has give an application before the third respondent for change of patta. The petitioner is opposing the same. The petitioner has pointed out that O.S.No.22 of 2017 is pending in this regard on the file of Sub Court, Palani. The petitioner has also given written representation setting forth his objection. The third respondent is obliged to consider the same and take them into account before passing any final order. 2/4
