ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC in crime No.281 of 2019, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard both sides.

3.This is the second anticipatory bail application. Earlier, anticipatory bail was granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7909 of 2019. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, since the petitioners could not arrange sureties within time stipulated by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7909 of 2019, the petitioners have filed the present petition.

4.If the petitioners are not able to arrange the sureties within the time stipulated by this court, they have to file petition for extension of time, instead of that they cannot file petition and after petition for the same relief.
