Let me not enter into a detailed discussion on the facts, since pursuant to the last hearing date, the petitioner had given a fresh application seeking passport.

2. A direction is therefore given to the first respondent 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.15869 of 2021 / the Passport Officer, Regional Passport Office, Bharathi Ula Veethi, Madurai to consider the said application and pass necessary orders. The said direction should be complied with within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the said observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
