Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to issue of individual patta in the petitioner's name in respect of punja land in Survey No. 139/6A extent 423 square feet at Door No.5/78, Seethalakshmi Nagar, Y.Othakadi Village & Post, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2016 within a stipulated time.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to issue individual patta in her name in respect of the property referred to in the Writ Petition. To that effect, she has already made a representation on 17.06.2016, which, according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, I only direct the first respondent to consider the above representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the rival claimants if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
