O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The challenge in this Writ Petition is to the notice dated 27.01.2017, issued by the Tiruchirappalli Local Planning Authority, Tiruchirappalli, calling upon the petitioner to confirm to the building permit.

2.None appears on behalf of the petitioner. We have heard the learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel for the fifth respondent.

3.The notice issued by the Local Planning Authority indicates that the petitioner has constructed the building in question in deviation of the approved plan. There is an appellate remedy available to the petitioner under the Town and Country Planning Act.

4.There are no reasons made out by the petitioner to bypass the statutory remedy available to him. We, therefore dismiss the Writ Petition on the ground of availability of alternative remedy. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
