The petitioner has given a representation dated 23.06.2016 in this regard. The issue has also been highlighted in the Media.

2.This Court directs the second and fourth respondents to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2016 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above. No costs.
