Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. JEGADEESH PANDIAN.M., Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4195 of 2021 dated 22.03.2021.
2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that though this petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in Crime No.51 of 2021, the petitioners were subsequently implicated in Crime No.1232 of 2020, as against which the petitioners filed anticipatory bail application and obtained an order. Therefore, the petitioners could not produce sureties in this case within the stipulated time and hence, the time for the same may be extended. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
