PRAYER :- PETITION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME Under Sec.528 of BNSS, 2023, to extend the time period for two weeks imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.6801 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025 for the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to extend the limit fixed by this Court in Crl.OP (MD) No.6801 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025 for the petitioners to produce sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Since the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6801 of 2025, dated 17.04.2025, was made ready only on 16.05.2025, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar, is directed to accept the receipt of the payment of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) deposited on 30.05.2025.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for executing the sureties by the petitioners before the concerned Court is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail 2/4

already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
