O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry into the complaint lodged by Mr.Vimalan Rottiko/fourth respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the property mentioned in the petition belongs to the petitioner and when he tried to put up construction, the neighbours objected. Later, a complaint was given by the petitioner which was enquired. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner was pressurized by the second respondent to purchase the property of the neighbour.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the father-in-law of the fourth respondent herein gave a complaint which was enquired in C.S.R.No.61 of 2021. During the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a civil dispute and the parties were advised to measure the property and the same was closed on 12.04.2021.

4. Since the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
