ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction directing the second respondent to take appropriate and necessary action as against the respondents 3 to 6 on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.05.2020 made to the second respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.427 of 2021. During the course of enquiry, both the parties gave a statement that they are ready to workout their remedy before the appropriate Court through proper proceedings. W.P(MD)No.16084 of 2021 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by forcing the parties, the said statement was recorded by the respondent police. Such contention cannot be decided in this petition.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration and direction in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No Costs.
