ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer and the Tahsildar to conduct the peace committee meeting by calling all the parties, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Pursuant to the filing of this Writ Petition, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchendur has called all the parties concerned through his proceedings, dated 28.09.2018 to attend for a peace committee meeting on 05.10.2018.
3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchendur will conduct the peace committee meeting among the parties and the parties will have to abide by the decision taken by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchendur. 4.In view of the subsequent development, wherein, the first respondent has already initiated peace committee meeting between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court in this Writ Petition. It is made clear that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchendur shall give opportunity to all the parties concerned and take an appropriate decision in the interest of all the parties concerned.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
