Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to extend the benefit of G.O.(ID) No.327 Education Department dated 18.11.2013 to the petitioner also and to fix the petitioner's scale of pay at Rs.2,000-3,500/- or corresponding pay as per subsequent V Pay Commission from the date of regularization of the petitioner service in the cadre of Vocational Instructor with all consequential service and monetary benefits with a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

Mr.S.Satheeshkumar, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents.
2.The prayer in the writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to extend the benefit of G.O. (ID) No.327 Education Department dated 18.11.2013, to the petitioner also and to fix the petitioner's scale of pay at Rs.2,000-3,500/- or corresponding pay as per subsequent V Pay Commission from the date of regularization of the petitioner service in the cadre of Vocational Instructor with all consequential service and monetary benefits with a time to be stipulated by this Court.
3.By consent of both sides this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has come out with the aforesaid prayer in this writ petition, if the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2016 submitted to the respondents is directed to be considered, the petitioner would be satisfied. 5.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents in this regard.
6.In view of the said submissions now made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction, directing the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2016, regarding fixing pay scale to the petitioner, and pass orders in the light of G.O. (ID) No.327 Education Department dated 18.11.2013 and on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
