ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the sixth respondent, who is a practicing Advocate, has put up CCTV camera focusing petitioner's bathroom and therefore, his privacy is affected. 2.In view of the above, the fourth respondent Police is directed to ascertain whether any CCTV has been fixed affecting petitioner's privacy and if it so, the same shall be removed. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
