....Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide protection for the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members since the same is under threat by the Accused in Crime No. 79 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to provide Police protection.

2.The petitioner claims that the she was attacked by the accused persons on 06.06.2018 and she was admitted in the hospital. Based on the complaint an FIR was registered in Crime No.79 of 018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b) of IPC and Section 4 of Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act. A counter complaint has also been given by the accused persons based on which, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.79 of 2018 against the petitioner and others. Both the cases are under investigation by the second respondent Police. 3.In view of the averments made in the petition, the second respondent Police is directed to ensure that the parties do not indulge in violence again and take appropriate action, if any of the parties indulges in violence during pendency of the investigation in the above said criminal proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
