Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to constitute Thiuppani Committee for proposed Thiruppani in Arulmigu Aladi Nelamega Karuppu and Ayyanar Mariamman Temple, situated at Appadurai Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District and accommodated Poosari Vagairas in the Thiruppani Committee and to perform Thiruppani with consultation of the Village common people based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2019 before the respondents 2 and 3.

ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents submits that the Temple festival is over and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is unable to contact the client and therefore, he is not in a position to proceed further in the matter.

3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
