O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to ensure that the buses run by the first respondent Corporation, stop at Manjur Vilakku Bus Stop, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

In this regard, he gave a representation dated 11.08.2014.

2. Heard Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned Counsel appearing for the Transport Corporation and he filed a typed set of papers.

3. He also brought to our attention the circular dated 23.02.2017 issued by the Deputy Manager stating that if the buses do not stop at Manjur Vilakku Bus Stop, stringent action will be taken.

4. We place on record his submission. Therefore, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.

5. The Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
