Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, stating that the condition imposed in paragraph 6(b) of the order dated 06.05.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9227 of 2026, directing the petitioner to appear daily at 10.30 a.m. before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Madurai, is to be modified to the effect that the petitioner may appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates.

2. Accordingly, paragraph No.6(b) of the order dated 06.05.2026 in Crl.OP(MD)No.9227 of 2026 shall be substituted as follows: "6.

[b] the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Madurai, on all hearing dates, until futher orders. If the petitioners fail to appear before the trial Court even for a single hearing, the bail granted by this Court will automatically considered for cancellation;"
