ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue patta in her favour in respect of the property situated in S.No.265/2, 257/3 and 257/1, Kannanur Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukottai District and also for a direction to the respondents to register the patta in favour of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has made a representation dated 27.01.2017 to the respondents, seeking for the very same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

relief. Therefore, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and to pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of only with the direction to the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner as it is for the 3rd respondent to pass such order. No costs.
