Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.202/2017/E2 dated 31.01.2017 and the consequential impugned order made by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in file no. 2016/0103/21/031672 dated 17.02.2017 and file No.2016/0103/21/039814 dated 17.02.2017 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to mutate the patta in respect of the petitioner lands in Asaikadevan Village and Villunivayal Village, Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District in favour of the petitioner within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
