This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.184 of 2021 pending on the file of the second respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie., 21.07.2022), the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.184 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, on 22.03.2022 and the same was not taken on file.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, is hereby directed to take the case on file, if it is otherwise in order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
