ORDER
The present criminal original petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute in respect of the property situated in S.No. 922/9 measuring 0.12.0 Ares in Vilpatti, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
2. It is submitted that there is a lessor and lessee dispute between the parties and a suit is pending.
3.Since it is a civil dispute, the official respondents are strictly directed to conduct the enquiry by following the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari V. Government of U.P., reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and inform the result of the enquiry to the petitioner. The official respondents shall not over step and dispossess the petitioner from the property.
