ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.03.2025 passed in W.P(MD)No. 5837 of 2025.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the contemnor / respondent submitted that the order of this Court, dated 05.03.2025 passed in W.P(MD)No. 5837 of 2025 has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings issued by the respondent in Letter (2D)No. 324, dated 20.05.2025.

3. Recording the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the contemnor / respondent, this contempt petition stands closed.
