ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3, particularly the 3rd respondent, to take appropriate legal action on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.03.2026 registered in CSR No.126/2026 dated 28.03.2026, in accordance with law of BNSS, 2023.

2. The respondent had registered the complaint in CSR.No.126/2026, dated 28.03.2026. Therefore, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the process as per law. If any criminal offence is made out, appropriate proceedings may be initiated.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
