ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a full-fledged enquiry and to take action against respondents 3 and 4 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.05.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint was taken on file in CSR No.76 of 2026 and the same is pending.
3. Recording the above submission, the respondents are directed to proceed further, if any criminal offence is made out in the pending CSR, in accordance with law.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 07.05.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Indu Note: Issue order copy on 08.05.2026.
