ORDER
The present Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.02.2026 and to 2/9
grant permission and adequate Police protection to the petitioner's community to conduct the temple festival of Arulmigh Sri Kannanallur Mariamman Temple at Panthapuli Village on 19.05.2026 and 20.05.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that there are issues between several communities. As early as 2024, the issue was considered by this Court in W.P(MD) No.11962 of 2024 and this Court vide order dated 13.06.2024 disposed the said Writ Petition by imposing several conditions. Further, it is submitted that based on the said order, another Piece Committee meeting was conducted for the year 2025 and vide order dated 05.05.2025, several conditions were imposed based on the order passed in W.P(MD) No.11962 of 2024, dated 13.06.2024 and the same is extracted here under:

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is seeking permission to use Melam outside the temple also.

The issue raised by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner cannot be considered in the Writ Petition without hearing all the parties, Therefore, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the said issue after issuing notice to all the communities and pass appropriate orders. As far as the 6th serial number is concerned, there is no such Second Appeal pending before this Court. The respondents shall grant permission to use the straight path, which is stated in the earlier resolution. As far as, using Melam, the same shall be decided after hearing the rival parties. The rival parties were claiming the same date that also shall be considered in the peace committee meeting.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner expressed his grievance in producing ID card.
6. Therefore, the condition of ID card stated in W.P(MD) No.11962 of 2024, dated 13.06.2024 also may be considered in the peace committee meeting.
