Side) for the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancelling the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent herein. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant alleged that the accused has not signed before the concerned police station daily for a period of 30 days as mandated by this Court. Mrs.Bagula, Sub Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District, appears before me and she confirms that the accused did appear on all the 30 days and signed. 3.Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
