ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue a non-traceable certificate to the petitioner in respect of Document No.392/1980, dated 08.04.1980, at R.S.No. 139/3, in Arumbanur Village, Thamaraipatti Sub-Registrar Office, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the appropriate authority is the Inspector of Police, Koodal Nagar, Madurai.

3. In view of the above, the Inspector of Police, Koodal Nagar, Madurai, is suo-motu impleaded as the third respondent. The petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application to the third respondent along with the necessary documents, who, in turn, shall consider and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
