This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to take necessary action against the 5th & 6th respondents based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 04.04.2022. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.04.2022.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the fourth respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.04.2022 and to take suitable action on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
