This Criminal Appeal filed under section 14-A (ii) of SC/ST (POA) Act ,1989 , to call for records pertaining to the order dated 29/04/2022, made in Crl MP No.516 of 2022 passed by the learned Principal Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act 2012, madurai and to set aside the same and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with the crime No. 16 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police by allowing this Criminal Appeal. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Selvakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.B.Nambi Selvan, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the 1st respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.352 of 2022, dated 19.05.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
