This Criminal Original Petition filed Under Section 582 of BNSS, To direct the Learned Special Judge for Trial of cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Sivagangai District to dispose the bail application to be filed by the Petitioner on merits on the same day of their surrender before the above mentioned court in pending investigation of crime No.53 of 2025 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition filed in support there of and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Mohanasundaram, Advocate for the petitioners and Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, Government Advocate for R1 and R2, this Court made the following order:

The petitioners have filed this petition seeking extension of time to surrender before the learned Special Judge for trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Sivagangai, as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8712 of 2025 dated 14.05.2025.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Special Judge for trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Sivagangai, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
