Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 12.11.2015 and issue patta in favour of the petitioners for the properties mentioned in the representation.

The petitioners seek for a direction to the respondent to consider their representation dated 12.11.2015 through which, they seek for issuance of patta in respect of the properties referred to therein.

2.According to the petitioners, they are having valid documents in support of their claim for the grant of patta. Therefore, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be made by the 2nd respondent within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
