Today there is no representation for the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on 17.06.2019, there was a fight between two groups and the Inspector of Police attached to Keerathurai Police Station has taken up the investigation and proceeded. Being aggrieved, the present writ petition is filed as if the Sub Inspector of Police, namely, Arun and others wrongfully entered into the house of the petitioner and brutally attacked the petitioner and her family members. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submits that the present writ petition filed seeking compensation alleging police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.15958 of 2019 atrocity is baseless and further more, the police official against whom the allegation made not been arrayed as party in his personal capacity.

4. Without adverting the merits of the allegation, this Court dismissed this writ petition on the ground of non-prosecution. No Costs.
